IDEAS TO RECONNECT WITH CUSTOMERS 

1.  SEND OUT AN EMAIL BLAST WITH AN OFFER THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL ENGAGE WITH.  

  • Give them an incentive to come into the store 

  • Examples - Free air fills for stopping buy, Free 1 hour refresher class on setting up your gear. 

2.  SEND OUT ENGAGING SOCIAL MEDIA 

  • If you do not have a graphics person try Canva.com.  They offer both free and more advanced paid services for visual graphics.

3. SEND OUT CHECK-IN INVITATIONS

  • Remind your customers - You've missed them, we want to see how you and your family are doing.  Ask them to come by and say hi. 

  • Listen - many people are experiencing depression, loneliness and other isolations problems.  Give them a reason to get out of the house and socialize.  You would be surprised how many people just want to talk to someone.  

4.  DRIVE-IN MOVIE NIGHT

  • Set up a drive-in movie night at your location.  

5.  ZOOM CHECK-IN PARTY FOR CHARITY.

  • Hold a 30-min check in party with your clients on Zoom

  • Provide an incentive - for every person that attends, your business will donate an item to the food bank.

  • This type of promotion is a great way to connect and show some exciting new trips, product, etc. you have at the store.  You can also do this with your Check-in store invites
