Warranty Policy:

Indigo Industries Inc. warrants Indigo Industries products to the original retail purchaser to be free of material and quality defects as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Failure to complete regular maintenance will void this warranty. All other conditions of the standard Indigo Industries Inc. product warranty apply.

Standard Indigo Industries Warranty:

Indigo Industries warrants all Indigo products for the period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to a commercially used product.

Indigo TAC and Defiant XT fins plus Indigo Provision and Provantage masks have a 4-year warranty. 

Indigo Nautilus XP and GLH have a 1-year warranty on the DPV unit and a 1-year warranty on DPV batteries. 

 

Indigo Industries will repair or replace any warranted component or replacement part that is defective in materials or quality. Replacement or repair of Indigo Industries product is it’s the only obligation under this warranty.

 

Indigo Industries is not liable for loss of or expenses and/or liabilities that are incidental, consequential, or indirect.

 

Warranty is fully void if the consumer purchases from an outlet that is not an authorized Indigo Industries dealer.  This warranty does not cover or include product finish, improperly installed or applied products, improperly maintained products, standard wear items such as batteries, or damage due to abuse or neglect.
